Refund policy

Each Cernosleep Smart Sleep Bundle and Cernosleep headband comes with a 45-Day Guarantee so if it doesn't work for you for any reason, return it for full refund and we'll even pay for return shipping! No risk on your end if you don't see your sleep improve.
A Cernosleep Membership (whether purchased or gifted as part of a bundle) is eligible for a refund if the request is made in conjunction with a refund request for the Cernosleep headband it activated. Both the headband and membership must be within the 45 day guarantee window to receive a refund.
The 45-Day Guarantee starts on the day your Cernosleep Headband leaves the warehouse.
Cernosleep accessories (e.g. travel case, charging base) are eligible for a refund within 45 days of leaving the warehouse.


Cernosleep Membership Cancellation Policy


All memberships will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current membership period ends. You can cancel your membership through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may continue to use your membership until the end of your current term. Cernosleep will not provide any prorated refund of any portion of the membership fee paid for the current term.   

Cernosleep Gift Card Refund Policy


Gift cards can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. The refund will be issued to the purchaser of the gift card, to the payment method used for the purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards can only be used for orders shipped in the United States.
The 45-Day Guarantee on a Cernosleep purchase using a gift card will start on the gift card purchase date.  


Supported Countries Policy


Cernosleep devices are currently available for shipment and use exclusively to residents of the United States. Attempts to circumvent this policy, including shipping the product outside the United States through a 3rd party, will render the device ineligible for return and void the 45-Day Guarantee.
Cernosleep cannot accept international returns or exchanges.
